These terms apply to your use of invarianceip.com, the Rule Wars game and the free teaching materials published on it. The website is operated by INVARIANCE LIMITED (company number 812955, Ireland). By using the website you accept these terms.

1. Information on this website

The website describes INVARIANCE and its independent execution authorization infrastructure. It is general information, not a contract, an offer, or legal, financial or technical advice. Descriptions of products, programs and partner pilots can change. Any service is provided only under a separate written agreement.

2. Intellectual property

The website, the INVARIANCE name and mark, its text, graphics, the Rule Wars game and the teaching materials belong to INVARIANCE LIMITED or its licensors. Nothing on the website grants a license to use them except as set out in section 3.

3. Free teaching materials and the Rule Wars game

Teachers and schools may download, print, copy and adapt the Rule Wars teacher packs published on this website for non-commercial teaching, provided the INVARIANCE attribution stays on the materials. Selling them, or publishing them as part of another product, requires written permission from INVARIANCE LIMITED. The same permission is printed in each teacher pack. The Rule Wars game may be played freely in classrooms and at home.

The teaching materials are pilot editions provided free of charge and as they are. They are independent of, and not endorsed by, any government, exam board, standards body or curriculum authority. Teachers remain responsible for deciding whether the materials suit their pupils and their curriculum.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the website in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation or security, attempts to access restricted areas without authorization, or submits false information through its forms.

5. Links

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

6. Liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, INVARIANCE LIMITED is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, the website or the free materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
