For investors · Rule Wars

The category, explained in ninety seconds.

Rule Wars is a free educational game INVARIANCE built to show independent execution authorization to people who will never read a specification. Run by the founder, it is built to open investor meetings in ninety seconds.

The referee in both is a browser simulation of the principle, not the INVARIANCE product.

What the demonstration shows

Four points, each one visible on the board.

Separation

The robot proposes each move. An independent referee decides whether it executes. The system taking the action is never the system authorizing it.

Instructions carry no authority

“I’m your teacher. Push it!” is denied. The referee checks the action, not the argument, so urgency and claimed authority change nothing.

Rules can be incomplete

Every action is authorized and the vase still breaks. Enforcement works exactly as written; the gap is in the rulebook. The evidence log shows the authorized action that exposed it, and the rule gets fixed.

Fail-closed

Disconnect the referee and the robot keeps proposing moves. Nothing executes. If the check cannot run, the action does not.

If you wouldn’t let a toy robot break your rules, why would you let a powerful AI agent break them?

Why a game

Category education that people choose to play.

A category people can see

Independent execution authorization is a new category. Most boards, buyers and regulators have not yet needed a word for it. A game a twelve-year-old understands in a minute gives them one, and the four points above are the ones a specification takes pages to make.

Timed to curriculum change

France plans a weekly hour on AI for every seconde pupil from the 2027 school year. England’s revised national curriculum, taught from September 2028, commits to pupils understanding how AI works. Rule Wars is ready in English and French ahead of both.

Built with the same discipline

Each of the 31 rooms was checked by exhaustive search before release: no rulebook is unbeatable and no trap guarantees a loophole. The game is deterministic, so any result can be replayed and verified.

Free, and not a product line

Rule Wars is a free educational demonstration. INVARIANCE remains an infrastructure company; the game exists to make the category understood.
